Halfway House is in Brixham. It's a 17th century building that used to be a pub. It's semi-detached.
It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The stairs are open tread, so you can see through them. They're a bit steep, like in a lot of these old places.
You get a garden. It's enclosed. There's on-site parking.
From upstairs and the garden you get views across Torbay. You can see the sea.
The Shoalstone outdoor seawater pool is about a quarter of a mile away. It's that big Art Deco one on the seafront. Berry Head is very close. It's a nature reserve with old Napoleonic forts and good walking paths. The National Trust looks after parts of it.
There's a local shop about 800 yards away. A pub and a restaurant are a quarter of a mile.
Brixham itself has the harbour and fish market. You can get a ferry over to Torquay from there. Dartmouth is a short drive or a boat trip away. Dartmoor is about a 40 minute drive if you fancy a change from the coast. Dartmoor National Park has a lot of information.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is part of the price. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
