9 Dolphin Court is an apartment in Brixham. It's on the second floor of a small block, above the Yacht Club. It has its own parking space, which is useful here.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. It got a 4 Star after a refurbishment. It's clean and tidy, with a new kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The main thing is the view. It looks straight out over the harbour and the bay. You can sit and watch the boats coming and going. The living area and kitchen are open plan.
You're right in the middle of everything. It's a short walk downhill to the harbour. There are plenty of pubs and fish restaurants down there, and shops. Breakwater Beach and the outdoor lido at Shoalstone are about a ten minute walk.
For walking, you can pick up the South West Coast Path easily. Berry Head is close by, good for a walk and the views. The Battery Gardens are nice too.
It has WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding is included. No pets.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust have a few properties nearby like Coleton Fishacre. Dartmouth and Torquay are within half an hour's drive.
