9 Dolphin Court is a flat above the Brixham Yacht Club. It’s in a small block. You get your own parking spot, which is handy round here.
It’s on the second floor. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the harbour and the bay. It’s a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. There’s a king-size bed and one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s been recently done up, so it’s fresh and clean.
You’re up high, so it’s a bit of a walk back from the harbour. The hill is steep. Just something to know if you’ve got shopping or anyone finds hills tricky.
The harbour is a short walk downhill. Lots of fish restaurants, as you’d expect. Cafes and pubs too. Breakwater Beach and the outdoor seawater pool at Shoalstone are about ten minutes walk away.
For a day out, you can walk the South West Coast Path from your door. Berry Head is nearby, which is a National Nature Reserve. You can get boat trips from the harbour. Dartmouth and Paignton are within half an hour’s drive.
The flat has WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding is included. No pets, sorry.
