Top Deck 6 - Linden Court
This is Top Deck 6, one of the apartments in Linden Court in Brixham. It's a first-floor place, sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing is the view. There's a big picture window and a furnished balcony. You look right out over the harbour, the town, and the sea. It's a good spot to sit.
You're about five minutes' walk from the town centre. The harbour's there, with the fish market and the boats. Plenty of pubs and places to eat. For a beach, Breakwater or Fishcombe Cove are about a twenty-minute walk.
Brixham is part of Torbay, so Torquay and Paignton are a short drive along the coast if you want a change. Paignton Zoo is about a twenty-minute drive. Dartmouth is about half an hour's drive, over the river on the ferry.
Heating wise, there's a communal system that runs from October to May, and you can control your own level. There are also separate convector heaters in the apartment for extra heat anytime.
Facilities: there's WiFi, your own parking space on site, and it's all on one level once you're up the stairs to the first floor. No pets, sorry.
