Top Deck 6 - Linden Court
Top Deck is a one-bedroom flat for two people on the first floor in Brixham. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main thing is the view. There's a big picture window and a small furnished balcony that looks straight out over the harbour and the sea.
The flat is modern and clean inside. It's about a five minute walk down into the harbour area where all the shops, pubs and restaurants are. For beaches, you can walk to Breakwater Beach or Fishcombe Cove in about 20 minutes.
Something to know: the building's main heating is from a shared boiler, which is only on from October to May. You can control your own radiators in that period. There are also separate convector heaters in the flat you can use anytime if you need a bit extra.
In terms of other places to go, Paignton and Torquay are nearby. Paignton Zoo is popular. For a good walk, the South West Coast Path runs right through. Dartmouth and Totnes are both within a half hour drive.
Facilities: it has WiFi, parking on site, and everything is on one level once you're up the stairs. No pets.
