24 Steed Close is in Paignton, in a quiet residential street so it's peaceful. It's a three-bedroom house, sleeps six. You get the whole place to yourselves.
The layout is simple: three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower over the bath. Downstairs there's the living room and kitchen. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
Outside there's a private, enclosed garden. It's got some furniture and a built-in brick barbecue.
Paignton's town centre and seafront are about a ten minute drive. Everything is there: the pier, the beach, shops, and places to eat. Paignton Zoo is nearby, which is good for a day out.
Torquay is very close, just a few minutes in the car. There's the harbour, more beaches, and the model village at Babbacombe if that's your thing.
For getting about, you're well placed. Dartmouth is about half an hour's drive down the coast. Totnes and the start of Dartmoor are about the same distance the other way. Exmouth and Exeter are within an hour.
In terms of what's here: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for one car on the driveway. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. We can provide a travel cot.
