This is Paignton View. It's a terrace house on a hill above Goodrington. As the name says, you get a view of the bay from the garden.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the rooms are doubles, one has bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's in good order. The stairs are normal.
Downstairs is all open plan: living room, dining area and kitchen. Then there's a conservatory that leads out to the garden. The garden is enclosed, which is handy. It's lawned and looks out over Torbay.
Practical stuff: there's a washing machine, parking for one car on the drive, bedding and towels are included, and you can bring up to two dogs. There's WiFi and a TV.
The location is the main thing. Goodrington beach is about a ten-minute walk downhill. It's a sandy beach with a promenade, a water park, and a green. The leisure centre with the swimming pools is at the bottom of the hill too.
For getting further out, you're well placed. Brixham is about five miles one way, Torquay about four miles the other. Dartmouth and Kingswear are a short drive. You can get onto the South West Coast Path from nearby.
