Paignton View is in Paignton. It's a semi-detached house, not right in the town centre, but up on the hill. You get a view of the bay from the garden. It's a proper sea view, across the rooftops.
The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and modern inside. The bathroom's on the first floor with a shower over the bath. One bedroom has bunk beds, which kids usually like.
Downstairs is all open plan. Lounge, dining area, and kitchen. There's a conservatory on the back that opens onto the garden. It's a good spot to sit.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. You can fit two cars on the drive.
Goodrington Beach is the closest, about a ten minute walk down the hill. It's got sand, a waterpark, a green for dog walking, and cafes. There's a leisure centre with a pool at the bottom of the hill too.
You're between Brixham and Torquay. Brixham is about five miles one way, Torquay about four miles the other. Dartmouth is a bit further, maybe half an hour by car.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. For a day out, you've got the steam railway that runs from Paignton to Kingswear. Useful links for planning: National Trust Devon and the official English Riviera website.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. Parking on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
