This is 4 The Manor House in Paignton. It's a two-bedroom cottage, but it's actually part of a big Victorian mansion. The building was put up in 1867 by an engineer called William Froude.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and comfortable.
You get your own private patio. The view from there is the main thing. It looks right out over the whole of Torbay. You can see all the way across the bay. In the summer, you can sit out and watch the sailing boats, or the fireworks from the regatta.
The living room and both bedrooms have that same view over the bay.
You're close to the sea front. There's a bus stop a few minutes away if you want to get into Torquay town centre or the harbour without driving. Torquay train station is about a five-minute taxi ride.
If you're walking, it's about twenty minutes into Torquay centre one way, or to Cockington village and country park the other way. There's a local shop and a pub nearby.
In terms of what's here, there's a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking on site. The whole building has a shared indoor swimming pool and a small gym you can use. Because it's a big old house, there are other holiday cottages in the building too. It's good for families.
For things to do, you're right by the South West Coast Path. The National Trust at Cockington is very close. Paignton Zoo and the Babbacombe Model Village are a short drive away.
