4 The Manor House
4 The Manor House is in Paignton. It's part of a big old mansion built in the 1800s. It's a terraced cottage, so you share the main building but you've got your own front door.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the view. You get a sweeping look across Torbay from the living room, the bedrooms, and the private patio. You can sit out there and watch the boats. The stairs inside are standard for a place this old, so they're a bit winding.
You're near the sea front. There's a local shop and a village pub a short walk away. Torquay town centre is about a 20 minute walk along the coast. Cockington Country Park is about the same walk in the other direction, which is nice for a stroll.
It's practical if you're not driving. The main bus route is on the sea front a few minutes away, and Torquay railway station is a short taxi ride.
For facilities, you've got the patio, a dishwasher, WiFi, and on site parking. There's a shared swimming pool on the estate. No pets allowed.
