Samphire Lodge
Samphire Lodge is in Brixham. It's on the main road into town, so it's easy to find and you can walk down to the harbour. You get off-road parking for one car.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. There's also a separate wet room on the ground floor. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-finished and everything works.
The living area is open plan, with a woodburning stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a utility room with a washing machine. Outside is a patio with a table and chairs.
One well-behaved dog is welcome. No children under six, sorry.
You're about a 15 minute walk from Brixham harbour. The Berry Head nature reserve is close by for walks. There's a local pub a short walk away. For a bigger day out, Paignton and Dartmouth are about a 20 minute drive each.
