This is Boohay. It's a flat in the Bay Fort Mansions building, up on the hill above Torquay Marina. The main thing is the view. It's south facing, so you get the sun, and you can see right along the seafront from the windows. On a clear day you can see Dartmoor.
It's a one bedroom flat but it says it sleeps four. There's a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You're up high, so there are stairs to get into the building. The flat itself is on one level once you're in. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's a shared garden area.
You can walk down into Torquay. The harbour and the main beaches like Torre Abbey Sands are a walk downhill, about 15 minutes or so. The train station is about a 15 minute walk too. Living Coasts is down by the harbour. Kents Cavern and the Model Village in Babbacombe are a short drive or a bus ride.
If you want a big park to walk in, Cockington Country Park is close by. The restored Royal Terrace Gardens on the seafront are a good spot to look back at the view you get from the flat.
Further out, you can get to Paignton and Brixham along the coast. Dartmoor is about a 30 minute drive. Exeter and Plymouth are reachable by train.
