Old Mill Cottage is in Brixham. It's a terrace cottage, about a ten minute walk from the harbour.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's clean and in good order. You go up a few steps from the street to get to the front door.
The kitchen is at the front. There's a small table in there for breakfast. The sitting room is bigger, with another table for meals.
Outside, there's a small courtyard at the front with a table and chairs. You can park on the street outside.
Brixham harbour is close. Lots of fishing boats. There's a fish market on the quay. Breakwater Beach is near the harbour mouth and it's very clean.
You can get a ferry from Brixham to Torquay or Dartmouth. Boat trips go up the River Dart to Greenway, which was Agatha Christie's house. It's run by the National Trust.
The cottage has a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
