Old Mill Cottage
Old Mill Cottage is on a terraced street in Brixham. It's about a ten minute walk down the hill to the harbour.
It's a two bedroom place, sleeps four. Has a bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's not huge but it's comfortable and clean.
The front door is up a couple of steps from the street. You come into a hallway. The kitchen is off to the left. It's got what you need, including a small table. The living room is at the back. There's a dining table in there too.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms are a decent size. The bathroom is functional.
Outside, there's a small courtyard at the front with a table and chairs. It gets the sun in the morning. It's a good spot for a coffee before you head out.
You can walk to everything in Brixham. The harbour is busy. There's a proper fish market on the quay. Breakwater Beach is close by. It's clean and sheltered.
For a day out, you can get the ferry from Brixham to Torquay or Dartmouth. Both are good for a wander and something to eat. The steam train from Paignton to Kingswear is about a twenty minute drive from the cottage. Totnes is about half an hour's drive up the River Dart.
It's got parking on the street right outside. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
