Lavender
Lavender is one of four new holiday pods on the Centry touring park just outside Brixham. It sleeps four, but that's in one room with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it's best for a couple or a small family.
The pod itself is simple. You've got a small kitchen area, a table, and that one sleeping space. It's clean and modern. You have your own little paved patio with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The toilet and shower are in a separate, shared facilities block directly opposite the pods. It's about twenty paces away.
The site is quiet. There's a children's play area and some open grass. It's a good base. Brixham harbour is a little over a mile down the hill. You can drive in five minutes, or it's a bracing walk.
From here, you're in the middle of the English Riviera. Paignton is ten minutes up the coast. Torquay is about twenty minutes. Dartmouth is a nice trip. You drive to Kingswear and take the car ferry across. Good for a day out.
The facilities list covers most of it. It's all on one level and the entrance is step-free. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right next to the pod.
