Harbour Retreat

Harbour Retreat is in Paignton, just around the corner from the harbour. It's a terraced house.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. We've renovated it recently, so it's all clean and fresh inside.

The main living area is open plan, with doors that slide open onto the back garden. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or dogs. There's a decked area with a hot tub and a barbecue, and a bit of lawn.

The stairs are fine. Upstairs, the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and one of those has a pull-out single bed too. The third room has bunk beds.

You're about a five minute walk from the beach. There's a small cove called Fairy Cove even closer, maybe a minute's walk. The harbour is right there, with restaurants and a park. You can get straight onto coastal walks from the house.

For things to do nearby, Paignton has the usual seaside stuff. The steam railway to Dartmouth runs from here. Dartmouth and Torquay are both about a fifteen minute drive. If you want to go further, the edge of Dartmoor is about half an hour away.

The house has the things you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the driveway. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
