Dunlin 4 - The Cove
This is Dunlin 4. It's an apartment on a development called The Cove, above Fishcombe Cove near Brixham. It's a modern block, but it's in a good spot.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The main thing is the balcony. It's full width and you get to it from both the living room and the main bedroom. The view looks out over Battery Park and the sea. It gets the morning sun. It's a sheltered spot, so you often see boats and people doing water sports down in the cove.
Brixham harbour, with the shops and restaurants, is about a ten minute walk away along the coast path. It's a proper working harbour.
For walks, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk towards Torquay one way or towards Dartmouth the other. The swimming pool on the development is shared with the other flats.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. There's parking on site. No pets.
