Dunlin 4 - The Cove
This is Dunlin, Number 4 at The Cove in Brixham. It's an apartment on a modern development set back in the trees above Fishcombe Cove.
It sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable.
The main thing is the balcony. It runs right across the front of the apartment and you get to it from both the living room and the main bedroom. The view looks out over Battery Park and the sea. It gets the morning sun. It's a sheltered spot, so you see a lot of people sailing or fishing down in the cove.
The development has an outdoor swimming pool you can use. There's parking on site. Inside, you've got things like a dishwasher and a washing machine. The WiFi works.
To get into Brixham harbour, it's about a ten minute walk along the coast path. All the shops, pubs and restaurants are down there. The path itself is right there if you want to go for a walk, either towards Torquay or towards Dartmouth.
