Avocet 1 - The Cove
The apartment is called Avocet 1. It's on the ground floor at The Cove development in Brixham.
It's for four people. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The style is modern and clean. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the terrace. It's a large, private space with a table and chairs. You get a proper view of Fishcombe Cove and the sea. It catches the sun.
There's a covered storage area out the back. It's handy for bikes or wet shoes and things.
You're right on the South West Coast Path. You can walk down to Brixham harbour in about 15 minutes. That's where the working port is, with the fish market, cafes and shops. Broadsands beach is about 25 minutes walk the other way.
The site has a shared outdoor swimming pool you can use. There's also allocated parking.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi is included.
The whole place is surrounded by National Trust woodland. You're in it straight out the door. For planning, the National Trust Devon site is useful, and the South West Coast Path page has walking routes.
Within about half an hour's drive you've got Paignton, Torquay, and Berry Head. Dartmouth is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
