This is Driftwood, in Paignton. It's a ground floor apartment, so no stairs to worry about. Good for two people.
It's got one bedroom with a big super king bed, but you can split it into two singles if you'd prefer. The shower room is en-suite and it's all been done up recently. Everything feels clean and fresh.
The main room is open plan. There's a sofa and a TV, a little dining table by the window, and the kitchen area has what you need. It's not huge, but it's comfortable for a couple.
The best bit is the location for the beach. Goodrington Beach is just down the road, you can easily walk it. The sands there are nice, and you've got the boating lake and gardens next to it.
You can walk into Paignton itself along the seafront if you fancy it. For a day out, Brixham is a proper fishing harbour. Dartmouth is lovely, especially if you get the ferry over from Kingswear. Torquay's got the marina.
It's got its own parking space right outside, which is handy. Everything like bedding and towels is included. There's WiFi. The whole place is wheelchair accessible too.
If you're looking for things to do, the National Trust Devon page has ideas. For local walks, the South Devon National Landscape site is useful.
