This is Trinity Apartment 7 in Torquay. It's one of a row of mews apartments right by the harbour. The road is quiet, it's a dead end, so there's no through traffic.
It's a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps four. There's a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's not a huge space, but it's fine for a base.
You're about a minute's walk from the harbour. All the cafes, restaurants, and shops are right there. The Imperial Hotel leisure club is included if you want a proper swim or a sauna. There's parking on site, which is handy in Torquay.
The beach is half a mile away. For a longer walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path easily. Torquay golf course is up at St Marychurch.
If you want to explore, Dartmoor is about 30 minutes' drive. Totnes and Paignton Zoo are within half an hour. Exeter and Plymouth are under an hour.
Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, I'm afraid.
