Lapwing 2 - The Cove
Lapwing 2 is one of the apartments at The Cove, just outside Brixham. It's on the first floor. It's modern, it was only built a few years ago.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Everything works.
You're right next to Fishcombe Cove. The water there is that clear turquoise colour, it's nice. You can get straight onto the South West Coast Path from there. The apartment has a decent-sized balcony. It gets the sun and the view is across Torbay. You can see the boats.
There's a shared outdoor swimming pool on the site. It's unheated, so it's only really useable in the warmer months.
Brixham town is about a five-minute drive away. It's a proper working harbour. Good fish and chips. For a bigger town, Paignton is about fifteen minutes by car. Torquay is about twenty.
Inside, it's open plan. Living room, kitchen and dining area together. It's light. You get a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's parking right there.
