Apartment 3
Apartment 3 is a ground floor flat in Paignton. It's a big place, especially for two people. It faces south, so it gets the sun.
It's got one kingsize bedroom and a shower room. The lounge and dining area are open plan. The TV's a good size. The kitchen door opens onto a little paved sitting out area. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean and practical. It's rated 3 Star.
The main thing is the location. You're right on the seafront. You can walk out the door and onto the beach in a minute. The pier, the arcades, the crazy golf, the cinema, and all the restaurants and bars are right there. You don't need to drive.
There's on site parking. The apartments are in a block, so you'll hear people coming and going sometimes.
If you want to explore, you can get the steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth. That's a nice trip. Brixham harbour is about ten minutes by car. Torquay Marina is a little further.
The flat has WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. There's no washing machine. Sorry, no pets.
