The Downs
The Downs is a studio apartment in Torquay. It's for two people. One room, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main thing is the terrace. You're right across the road from Babbacombe beach. You can sit out there with a drink. The living space is all open plan, so the bed, kitchen, and seating area are in the one room. The kitchen has what you need for basics.
The local pub is about a minute's walk. The town centre and the harbour are a drive or a decent walk away. For things to do, Living Coasts and the wheel on the seafront are the main attractions nearby. You can catch a boat from the harbour over to Brixham.
If you want to explore further, the whole of the South Devon coast is right there. You're close to the South West Coast Path. Paignton and Dartmouth are a short drive. Dartmoor is about forty minutes inland.
For facilities, you've got WiFi, a TV, and all your bedding and towels are included. There's no dedicated parking, so you'd be using on-street parking. The shower is over the bath.
