Apartment 2
It's Apartment 2, Bedford Holiday Apartments in Paignton. It's a ground floor flat. It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms, one double and one single, and a shower room.
The main thing is the location. You walk out the front door and you're pretty much on the seafront. The beach, the pier, arcades, crazy golf, restaurants, it's all right there. The Vue cinema is large if the weather turns. You don't really need the car.
The apartment itself is open plan at the front, lounge and kitchen together. There's a door out to the back garden, which is a shared space but it's there if you want it. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and everything works, but it's not high-end. The furniture is functional.
If you want to explore, the steam train to Dartmouth goes from Paignton station, which is close. Brixham harbour is about a fifteen minute drive one way, and Torquay Marina is about ten minutes the other. Dartmouth is maybe twenty-five minutes by car.
It's got a parking space, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
