Apartment 8, The Bay
This is Apartment 8 at The Bay in Torquay. It's a two-bedroom place on the first floor of a modern block. The big thing is the view. You look straight out over Tor Bay from the main living area.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, and each has its own bathroom with a shower over the bath. Everything's on one level once you're inside, which is handy. The kitchen has what you need, like an oven and a washing machine. There's a parking space for one car right outside.
You can walk down to the sea, but the main beach is about a twenty minute walk along the coast path. The town centre and the harbour are a bit closer, maybe ten or fifteen minutes on foot.
Torquay itself is busy. There are lots of restaurants and pubs. The Princess Theatre is nearby if you fancy a show. For a quieter day, you can drive to Brixham or Dartmouth in about half an hour. Exeter is about forty minutes away.
The apartment is rated 4 Star. It's clean and well kept. You can bring one dog. All the bedding and towels are provided.
