Osprey 4 - The Cove
Osprey 4 is an apartment on the first floor of a new development, The Cove, in Brixham. It's one tier up from the bottom, so you don't have a garden, but you do get a clear view of the sea.
It's a modern place, sleeps four, and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The living area has patio doors that open onto a small balcony overlooking the cove.
You're above Fishcombe Cove, which is a quiet, sheltered spot. There's a pathway from the development down to the shoreline. It's good for rock pooling or launching small boats from the rocks.
Brixham harbour is about a ten minute walk away. It's a proper working harbour. There are plenty of places to eat and drink down there. For a bigger beach, you can drive to Broadsands, which is about five minutes away.
The South West Coast Path runs right past. You can walk from here to Berry Head. It's a good spot if you like coastal walking.
In terms of facilities, it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi is included and there's parking on site. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool on the development. The property is not suitable for pets.
