This is Osprey 4. It's part of a new development called The Cove, on the edge of Brixham. It sits above Fishcombe Cove, so the view from the living area is straight out to sea.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The washing machine and dishwasher are in a utility cupboard in the hall. It's got the 4 Star rating, which generally means it's well-finished and everything works as it should.
You're on the first floor in a block of apartments. The main living space has patio doors that open. It's bright. The sea view is the main thing, really. There's a shared outdoor area with some picnic spots and a path that leads directly down to the shoreline. It's a sheltered bit of coast, good for messing about in the water.
Brixham harbour is about a ten minute walk. It's a working harbour with the usual fish and chips places, but there are more independent cafes and restaurants showing up now too.
For walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can join it from the cove. Berry Head is nearby, which is a National Trust site with a lighthouse and good views. National Trust Berry Head has details. Further afield, you can get to Torquay, Paignton and the start of Dartmoor within half an hour by car.
Facilities: parking on site is included. There's WiFi. Bedding is provided. No pets. There's an on-site swimming pool for residents to use.
