The Pottery is in Warfleet, which is just outside Dartmouth. It's a first floor apartment in an old converted pottery. It’s Grade II listed, so the walls are thick and you get those nice stone bits showing.
It sleeps two, one bedroom with a kingsize bed. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite shower room downstairs with the bedroom, and there's another bathroom with a bath upstairs. The stairs inside the apartment go down to the bedroom, they're fine but typical for an old building.
Outside the front door there's a little bench and a table for two. It gets the sun in the morning.
You can walk into Dartmouth town centre in about ten minutes. All the shops, cafes and the boat trips are there. The property is right on the South West Coast Path, so you can start a walk straight from the door. Left takes you towards Kingswear, right goes out towards Dartmouth Castle and the mouth of the river.
The apartment has everything you'd need: WiFi, a smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Parking is on site. We allow up to two dogs. All bedding and towels are included.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust looks after Dartmouth Castle and lots of the coastline nearby. For the wider area, South Devon National Landscape has good information.
