The Pottery is in Warfleet, which is just outside Dartmouth town centre. It's on the ground floor and lower ground floor of the old pottery building. You get a table and bench out the front.
It's a one-bedroom flat for two people. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath. The stairs going down to the bedroom are a proper flight, not a ladder, but they're steep like you'd expect in an old building. The place has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept.
You can walk into Dartmouth in about ten minutes. There's a pub nearby. The path along the river into town is right there. For a longer walk, the South West Coast Path starts close by.
Dartmouth has the usual shops and places to eat. The Royal Naval College is there if that's of interest. For a day out, you can drive to places like Totnes or start exploring the South Hams. The National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Coleton Fishacre.
Inside, it's all one open living space upstairs with the kitchen. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. There's parking. We take up to two dogs.
