Toffee Apple
This is Toffee Apple. It's a cottage on the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club estate, near the village of Capton.
It's a three-storey, stone-built place that sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and each has its own ensuite bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-finished, with things like a wood burner and decent appliances.
The kitchen is open plan with the living area. There's a conservatory on the back with doors out to the garden. The garden is enclosed and has furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
Because it's on the golf club estate, you get free use of the club's swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym. You can book a round of golf if you want to.
Location wise, you're about four miles from Dartmouth. That's where the shops, cafes, and boat trips are. Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands are both about a fifteen minute drive for a swim. For a family day out, Woodlands Leisure Park is less than ten minutes away.
The facilities list is pretty complete. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
