Tree Park
Tree Park is near the village of Moreleigh in Devon. It's a big place for groups, sleeping up to 20 people. There are nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order, clean, and well maintained.
The main room is open plan with a high ceiling. It's a good space for everyone to be together. There's a big table that seats everyone, and patio doors that open onto a terrace. There's a second sitting room with a large TV. The garden has plenty of space, with a play area for children and table tennis. There's also parking and an electric vehicle charger.
It's a rural spot surrounded by its own land. The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Halwell. The coast is about a ten mile drive. You're well placed for exploring South Devon.
Totnes is four miles away. It's got a good market on Fridays. Dartmouth is seven miles, and Kingsbridge is a similar distance. Dartmoor National Park is about a twenty minute drive. There are lots of good walks there.
