Tree Park

Tree Park is near Moreleigh in Devon. It's a big house for groups, sleeps twenty. It's on a farm, about 300 acres. You get the place to yourselves. The views are good, just fields and trees.

There are nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Seven are doubles, two are small twins with single beds. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well done. The main living space is open plan and huge, with big doors out to the terrace. There's a second sitting room with a large TV. The stairs are fine, nothing unusual.

Outside, there's plenty of parking, including an electric vehicle charger. There's a garden area with table tennis and a kids' play area with swings and a slide.

The facilities are all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, woodburning stove, BBQ, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets allowed.

The nearest shop and pub is about two miles away in Halwell. Totnes is four miles, Dartmouth is seven miles, Kingsbridge is about the same. So you're sort of in the middle of those three. Dartmouth has a golf course. The coast, places like Slapton Sands, is about ten miles.

Dartmoor is about a twenty minute drive. Good for walks. Spitchwick is nice for a river swim on a hot day.

If you've got kids, Woodlands Family Theme Park is nearby. For something more active, there's the Go Ape high ropes course at Haldon Forest.
