Champernowne

Champernowe is in a small hamlet outside Totnes. It's a bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's next to our house but you've got your own garden and it's private.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and everything works, but it's not a show home. The view from the windows is just fields. The front gets the sun.

You're about a mile from Dartington Hall. That's good for walks in the gardens. There's a pub there too, the Cott Inn, which is old and thatched. They do food.

Totnes is two miles away. It's got all the shops you'd need, a market on Fridays, and a swimming pool. Dartmoor is about six miles if you want proper walking. The coast at Torbay is maybe half an hour by car.

For facilities: there's parking right outside your door, wifi, a washing machine, and a BBQ in the garden. We allow one well-behaved dog.
