Ted 'N' Betty's is a two-bedroom cottage in Buckfastleigh. It sleeps four. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
It's a traditional terraced house, so it's right on the street in the town. You get the back garden to yourselves, it's enclosed. There's parking for one car on the drive at the back.
Inside, it's straightforward. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. There's one bathroom with a shower. The stairs are fairly steep, as you'd expect. The bedrooms have been recarpeted for 2025. Everything you'd need is there: wifi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is enclosed but it's worth checking your dog can't jump the wall if that's a concern.
Buckfastleigh is a small town. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance, and shops for basics. The South Devon Railway station is just down the road. Buckfast Abbey is about a mile away.
You're right on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. You can walk onto the moor from the town. Totnes is about ten minutes' drive, it's got an interesting high street and the river. For the coast, places like Brixham and Torquay are roughly half an hour away. Dartmouth is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
