Uphempston Farm House Annex
Uphempston Farm House Annex is an annex attached to the main farmhouse we live in. It’s in Littlehempston, about two miles outside Totnes.
It sleeps two in one bedroom. That bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite shower room. The shower room is modern and a good size. There’s a washing machine in a utility area.
The main living space is open plan, kitchen and sitting area together. It’s light because of the windows. The views are over the fields and our paddock.
You have your own garden at the back with seating, and a patio at the front. You can park two cars right outside the door.
Totnes is the nearest town, about two miles. It’s got a famous market, shops, cafes, and the river for kayaking or paddle boarding. The South Devon National Landscape is all around here.
The local pub is about a twenty minute walk away. It’s a proper country pub, does food.
For days out, you’re well placed. Dartington Hall with its gardens and events is very close. The coast at places like Torbay is about a twenty minute drive. Dartmouth and the estuary are about fifteen minutes away. Dartmoor is half an hour if you want proper moorland walking.
We’ve got a 4 Star rating. It means it’s comfortable and well equipped. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV.
The place is best for a couple. No pets, sorry.
