Uphempston Farm House Annex
Uphempston Farm House Annex is attached to our house, here in Littlehempston. It’s a separate place, so you’ve got your own space, but we’re next door if you need anything.
It sleeps two, one bedroom with a kingsize bed. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and modern. The living area is open plan, with big windows looking over the fields. It feels light in there. The bedroom has windows out to the back garden. There’s a modern ensuite shower room and a utility room you walk through to get to the garden.
You have two private bits of garden. One patio at the front for the morning sun, and a sitting area out the back. It looks over our paddock. You can park right outside, space for two cars.
There’s a pub about a twenty minute walk down the lane, the Tally Ho. It’s a proper local. Totnes is two miles away. That’s where you’ll find the shops, cafes, and the train station. The River Dart is there too, good for paddle boarding or kayaking. The beach at Torbay is about seven miles.
Lots to do nearby. Dartington Hall is just up the road for gardens and events. For walking, the South Devon National Landscape is all around. If you want to explore further, Dartmouth, Dartmoor, and the coast are all within half an hour’s drive.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels included. There’s on-site parking. Sorry, no pets.
