Seagulls Rest
Seagulls Rest is on Paignton Harbour. It's one of two apartments in the same building. You're right on the water.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-kept. The living area is open plan. There's a patio out the front which looks directly over the harbour. You can sit there with a cup of tea in the morning.
Everything is on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's one parking space. Bedding and towels are included. You've got WiFi and a TV. The bathroom has a shower.
You're a very short walk from the harbour itself. There are cafes and fish and chip shops right there. Paignton Sands beach is a few minutes' walk away. The main shops and the cinema are also close by.
For walks, you can go along the seafront or head up to Roundham Head. The views from there are good, looking over towards Torquay and Brixham. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep if you want a longer walk.
Brixham is about a 15 minute drive. Torquay is maybe 10 minutes. Both are worth a visit. The Berry Head National Nature Reserve in Brixham is about a 20 minute drive and has great views.
