This is 3A Edinburgh Villas in Torquay. It's a terraced house up near the top of town, so the walk down to the harbour and the main bit is all downhill. It's about a ten minute stroll, maybe a bit more coming back up.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, both with their own en-suite shower room. One's a double at the back, the other has bunk beds. There's a separate loo downstairs as well. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's smart and clean, good for a family or two couples.
The kitchen is small but it has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is cosy, with a Smart TV. Everything like bedding and towels is included.
Just over the road there's a shop and a public car park, which is useful. You can bring one dog.
Torquay's the main draw here. The beaches are a short walk away. There's a local green and tennis courts nearby if you fancy that. For a longer walk, you can get on the coastal path.
If you want to explore, Paignton and Brixham are along the coast, both within a 30 minute drive. Dartmoor National Park is about 45 minutes away for a proper change of scene.
