3A Edinburgh Villas is a terraced house in Torquay. It's towards the top of the town, so it's quieter but still walkable to most things.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite with a shower. One double bed and one bunk bed. The stairs are standard.
Downstairs is a kitchen that leads into the living room, then a small dining area. There's a separate toilet on the ground floor too. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and works.
You get a parking space. There's a shop and a public car park right across the road if you need it. It's about a fifteen minute walk down into the centre for bars and restaurants. The walk back up is a bit of a climb.
The beach is not far, maybe twenty minutes on foot. You're close to the local green and tennis courts. Fishing is available locally. For golf, you've got Torquay Golf Club nearby.
If you want to explore, you can be in Brixham or Paignton in about twenty minutes by car. Dartmoor is about forty minutes. Exeter is around forty five.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
