Location is straightforward. You're in a residential area, but you're a few minutes in the car from the main things. Goodrington Beach and the water park are about five minutes drive. Paignton Zoo is about the same. Paignton seafront and the town are close, maybe ten minutes by car. Brixham harbour is about fifteen minutes.
For a longer day out, you can drive to Torquay or Dartmouth in under half an hour. Totnes is about twenty five minutes. The South West Coast Path is accessible from various points nearby.
