White Rock, Paignton
White Rock is in a quiet bit of Paignton. It's a modern house, built in the last ten years or so. It sleeps five.
It's got three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is useful. All the bedrooms are doubles. One bathroom is ensuite, the others are family bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main room downstairs is all open plan, kitchen, living area and dining table. The doors open out to the garden. The garden is enclosed and private. There's a patio, some lawn, a BBQ, and a little wooden playhouse for kids. We put in an awning you can pull out if it's too sunny.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and Sky TV on the main telly. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Location wise, it's residential and quiet, but you're not far from anything. Goodrington Sands beach is about a five minute drive. Paignton Pier and the town centre are about ten minutes by car.
Within a ten minute drive you've got Paignton Zoo, which is good for a day out, and Splashdown Quaywest if the kids want a water park. Brixham Harbour is about fifteen minutes away.
For a proper day trip, Dartmouth is lovely and it's about half an hour's drive. Torquay is even closer. The South West Coast Path runs right along here if you like walking. You can get on it at various points.
