Dartwood
It's called Dartwood. It's an apartment in Dartmouth, about five minutes' walk from the town centre. You're up on the first floor, so there are stairs to get in.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well kitted out and comfortable. Everything's in good order. The floors are wood, which is easy to keep clean.
You get a view over the river from the front. There's a small patio area outside if you want to sit with a drink.
Parking is the main thing to know about. You get a permit for the Mayors Avenue car park, which is free all year. On the street near the apartment, you can park for free too, but only from October to the end of April.
Dartmouth itself is right there. You can walk down for food or to wander by the harbour. The castle is a good walk along the river. The South West Coast Path is accessible from town. For a day out, you can get the passenger ferry over to Kingswear, or the higher ferry over to Brixham. Totnes is about a twenty minute drive up the river.
In the apartment there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. We allow up to two dogs.
