42 Moorings Reach is a first-floor apartment overlooking Brixham Marina. It's part of that crescent-shaped development you might have seen, the one that's won awards. You're set back from the actual waterfront, so it's quiet, but you still get the view of all the boats.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. The main thing is the long balcony. It runs the width of the living room, with a table and chairs. You can sit out there with a drink and watch the harbour.
You're a few minutes' walk from the harbour front. From there, it's a flat stroll along to the town centre for shops, fish and chips, and all the rest. You don't really need the car.
The facilities are what you'd expect. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. You can bring up to two dogs.
For days out, you're in a good spot. You've got the South West Coast Path right there. Berry Head is a short walk for great views. For a bigger beach, Goodrington Sands is about a 20-minute drive. Dartmouth is roughly half an hour by car. If you're planning walks or visiting estates, the National Trust Devon page is useful. For the local coastline, English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark has good information.
