The balcony is a nice spot. You get the afternoon sun. The main living area has big windows, so it feels light.
The apartment is about a five minute walk to Torre Abbey Sands and the harbour. The town centre shops and restaurants are the same distance.
For parking, there's one underground space included. You'd use the lift from the car park up to the apartment.
If you want to walk, the South West Coast Path is nearby. You can join it within five minutes.
Within half an hour's drive you've got Paignton and Brixham. Berry Head is worth a visit in Brixham. Dartmoor National Park is about 40 minutes away if you want a change from the coast.
It has underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and WiFi. No pets are allowed.
