This is Poppy, in Maidencombe. It's on the main coastal road, about a ten minute walk down to the little beach and the pub. You're in the original part of the main house, but you have your own private entrance.
It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. There's a bathroom en suite. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The garden is shared among a few of the properties here, it's about an acre with good views out to sea. You'll likely see a fair bit of wildlife.
Maidencombe beach is sheltered, good for a paddle. For a bigger beach, Oddicombe is just along the coast. You can walk down a very steep lane to it, or take the Babbacombe Cliff Railway. It's a funicular, it's been there since the 1920s.
The coastal path runs right past, so you can walk from the door. Torquay harbour is about two miles, maybe a five minute drive. That's where most of the restaurants and shops are. The Babbacombe Model Village is nearby if that's your sort of thing.
You can bring one dog. There's parking on site, TV, WiFi, and your bedding and towels are included.
