The main thing is the view. You look straight out over Preston Sands beach, and you can see right across the bay from Torquay round to Brixham. There's a Juliet balcony to stand at. The parking space is yours, which is handy.
You're right opposite the beach. To get into Paignton centre, you just walk along the seafront for about ten minutes. There's a bus stop five minutes away if you need it.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. It's part of a block of apartments, so it's not a standalone cottage.
From here, you're close to a lot. Torquay is about ten minutes by car. Brixham is maybe fifteen. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is within half an hour's drive. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want to walk.
