16 Belvedere Court is an apartment in Paignton. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's been done up nicely.
It's on the first floor. The main thing is the view. You get a full view across the bay, from Torquay right round to Brixham, and straight out to sea. It looks directly over Preston Sands beach. You won't get tired of that.
There's a Juliet balcony so you can open the doors and get the air. Parking is allocated, which is handy.
You can walk into Paignton centre along the seafront in about ten minutes. So you don't really need the car for the shops or if you want a meal.
For facilities, it's got the basics covered: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. There's a local pub nearby too.
You're in a good spot for getting about. Torquay is a short drive one way, Brixham the other. Dartmouth and the South Hams are within half an hour. Dartmoor National Park is about a 45 minute drive if you fancy a change from the coast.
