The Wheel Loft
The Wheel Loft is our place in Lower Blagdon. It's a first-floor flat, right above another holiday let called The Horse Gin. You approach it through a big archway.
It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. Has a five-star rating, which means it's kitted out to a high standard. Everything is open-plan inside, with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen's got a big island. The wood burner is a double-sided one, so you can see it from the sofa area and the dining table.
The bed is at the far end. The bathroom is off the sleeping area and has both a bath and a separate shower. There's a glass panel in the ceiling so you can see the old threshing wheels from the original barn.
Outside, there's a private decked area with seating to the right of the front doors. You also get the use of the sheltered entrance area with some deck chairs.
It's in a quiet spot but not far from things. The coast is about twenty minutes by car. For days out, you're well placed for Dartmoor or the south Devon beaches. Totnes is a short drive away.
In terms of stuff: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. All bedding and towels are included. No pets.
