Oldway Apartment
Oldway Apartment is a first-floor flat in Paignton. It's in a residential street in Preston, which is quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You park in the garage, but it's a tight fit. Best for a small car.
The flat feels light. There are wooden floors throughout. There's a decent sized, enclosed garden out the back which you have to yourselves.
You can walk to Preston Sands in about fifteen minutes, it's level. Paignton Beach is a bit further. The town centre, with the pier and things, is maybe a twenty-five minute walk.
There's a local shop close by for basics. A couple of pubs and places to eat are within walking distance too.
For bigger days out, Paignton Zoo is very close. You can drive into Dartmoor National Park in about half an hour. Torquay and Brixham are a short drive along the coast. The South West Coast Path is accessible nearby if you want a proper walk.
Facilities include a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi is included. There's the garden and the garage parking. No pets.
