Puffin 1 - The Cove
Puffin 1 is an apartment in Brixham. It's one of a set called The Cove that overlook Fishcombe Cove.

The main thing is the view. Your living room and patio look straight out to sea, no buildings in the way. You get a private, enclosed patio with a table and chairs.
Inside, it's a good size. The bedrooms have glass you can see out of but people can't see in, so you can have the view with some privacy. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.
For getting about, you're right on the South West Coast Path. Brixham harbour, with the shops and fish and chip places, is a walk down the hill. The local pub is close by.
Within a half hour drive you've got Paignton Zoo, the beach at Goodrington, and the steam railway to Kingswear. Dartmoor is about 40 minutes if you fancy a change from the coast.
Facilities wise: there's parking on site, a cot and highchair available, and it's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There's a shared swimming pool for the development. No pets.
