Puffin 1 - The Cove
This is Puffin 1, an apartment in The Cove in Brixham. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom.
The main thing about this place is the view. It's right at the front of the building, looking straight out over Fishcombe Cove. You get that view from the living room and the main bedroom. The windows have privacy glass.
It's ground floor, which is handy. There's a small private patio with a table and chairs out the front. The whole apartment is on one level and the entrance has no steps, so it's suitable for a wheelchair user getting in and moving around. It's got a 4 Star rating.
Inside, it's been done up with a bit of a seaside theme. It's a good size, one of the bigger ones here. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a 40-inch smart TV. You get WiFi.

Location wise, you're on the edge of Brixham. It's a steep walk down into the harbour town itself, about ten or fifteen minutes, but you can drive it in two. There's a pub within walking distance. If you're driving out, Paignton Zoo is about twenty minutes away. The nearest golf course is Churston, which is just up the road.
