Protea Garden Apartment
Protea Garden Apartment is in Paignton, on a quiet residential street. It’s a ground floor apartment, part of a big house. You’ve got your own front door and terrace.
It’s for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It’s a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well looked after. The main room is a good size with a sofa and a table. It looks straight out onto the garden.
There’s a sun room off the back, which is nice when it’s sunny but you don’t want to be outside. It’s a peaceful spot. The garden is shared with the other apartments. It’s very big.
You can walk to the seafront and Paignton beach in about fifteen minutes. Torre Abbey Sands and the gardens are a similar distance if you go the other way. Cockington Country Park is a pleasant walk from here, about twenty-five minutes.
If you want to explore, Brixham harbour is a short drive or you can get the ferry from Torquay. Dartmouth and the South West Coast Path are all within half an hour.
For facilities, it has parking, WiFi, and a wood burning stove. There’s a cot and highchair available if you’re bringing a baby.
