This is 56 Moorings Reach in Brixham. It's a first floor apartment on a modern development overlooking the marina. There's a lift, so you don't have to worry about the stairs.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. We take one well-behaved dog.
The main thing is the view. You're set back a bit from the water, so it's quiet, but you can still see all the boats in the harbour. There's a balcony with a couple of chairs where you can sit with a drink and watch it all.
You can walk into the centre of Brixham in a few minutes along the harbour wall. All the shops, fish and chip places, and pubs are there. If you go the other way, you'll get to Breakwater Beach.
For a day out, you can get the ferry across to Torquay from the harbour. Berry Head is close by for a walk, it's a National Nature Reserve. Dartmouth and Paignton are about a twenty minute drive. Dartmoor is a bit further, maybe forty minutes.
The place has a dishwasher and WiFi. There's parking on site. It's one of several properties in the same building.
