56 Moorings Reach is in Brixham. It's a first-floor apartment. There's a lift so you don't have to use the stairs.
You get a view of the marina and the harbour. It's a nice spot. You're set back a bit so it's quieter, but you're still right in the thick of it.
There's a small balcony with two chairs. It's a good place to sit with a cup of tea in the morning.
It sleeps six people across three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The harbourfront is a couple of minutes' walk one way for shops and pubs. Breakwater Beach is a few minutes the other way.
You can bring one dog. There's parking on site, plus WiFi and a dishwasher.
