The house is on a hill between Paignton Harbour and Goodrington Beach. It’s an easy five minute walk down to the harbour. The town centre and the main Paignton beach are a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes.
The garden is a good size and enclosed. There’s patio furniture and a barbecue. There’s a balcony off the main bedroom with a view of the sea.
The house is modern inside. Everything works and it’s kept clean. There’s a driveway that fits at least one car.
Goodrington Beach is the closest for sand and swimming. It’s also where the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway starts. Paignton Zoo is about a ten minute drive. For something different, Babbacombe Model Village is fifteen minutes away.
If you want to explore further, Torquay is ten minutes by car. Dartmouth is about half an hour. For a proper day out, Dartmoor National Park is about forty minutes drive. The South West Coast Path runs along the sea front.
