6 Queens Quay

6 Queens Quay is my flat in Torquay. It's on the harbour, right by the water. It's in a small block of eight apartments, so it's not a big, busy building. You get a balcony that looks out across the harbour.

It’s got two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it sleeps four. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been done up properly. Everything’s new, there’s a lift, and it has underfloor heating. The kitchen has all the normal stuff like a dishwasher and washing machine.

The good thing is you're right there. You walk out the door and you're on the harbour front with all the pubs, restaurants, and cafes. For a beach, Meadfoot or Torre Abbey Sands are about a fifteen minute walk.

If you want to drive out, Brixham is about twenty minutes away. Paignton is ten minutes. Dartmoor is maybe forty-five minutes if you fancy that. You can bring one dog, but there’s not really a garden, just the balcony.
