3 Linden Court
This is 3 Linden Court. It's my ground floor apartment in Brixham. You sleep three people, but it's one bedroom. There's a proper double bed and a single sofa bed in the living area.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the harbour and across Torbay. The living room and the private balcony both face it. You can sit out there with a coffee.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's got everything you'd expect. Washing machine, wifi, parking right outside. It's clean and modern.
Getting into town is a short walk, but Brixham is on a hill. There are steps and slopes. It's fine if you're okay with that, but it's worth knowing. The harbour, shops, and pubs are right there when you get down.
Breakwater Beach is a longer walk, maybe fifteen minutes. If you want to go further, Torquay and Paignton are a short drive. Dartmouth is about half an hour away by car.
It's a no pets apartment. Sorry about that.
