This is 3 Linden Court, in Brixham. It’s a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a small block.
The main thing is the view. You look straight out over Brixham harbour and across Torbay. It’s a proper picture. There’s a private balcony with a table and chairs so you can sit out there.
It sleeps three, but it’s one bedroom. The sofa bed is in the living area. One bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean, modern decor.
You’re up on the hill. The town centre and harbour are a short walk down, but it’s steep. There are steps as well. Coming back up is a climb. Something to be aware of.
Parking is on site, which is useful in Brixham. There’s a washing machine and WiFi.
You can walk to everything in the town. The shops, the pubs, the fish and chips. Breakwater Beach is a bit further along. For a bigger beach, you can drive to Goodrington or Broadsands in Paignton, about ten minutes. Torquay is fifteen minutes by car.
The coast path is right there for walks. Berry Head is a good local spot for a wander.
