This is 1 Roundham Heights, our place in Paignton. It’s a ground floor apartment on a quiet road. You get a sea view from the living room window.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional. There's a designated parking space right out front, and a small patio area.
The location is the main thing. Goodrington beach is two minutes walk, literally down the hill. Paignton harbour and the town centre are about five to ten minutes on foot the other way. You can leave the car.
It's part of a larger building, so you come in through a shared hallway to get to the apartment door.
Inside, there's a dishwasher, wifi, and all the basics. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. Bedding and towels are included.
For things to do, you’re right on the English Riviera. Paignton Pier and the steam railway are close. Torquay is a short drive, and Dartmoor is about half an hour away if you fancy a change from the coast.
