Devon Villa Garden Apartment
Devon Villa Garden Apartment is in Torquay. It's the ground floor of a Victorian house. You get your own garden at the front, it's enclosed which is handy for dogs. There are a couple of those Torbay palm trees out there.
Inside, it's just for two people. One bedroom with a kingsize bed. One bathroom. It feels quite big for a one bed flat, especially the living area. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. There's a washing machine and parking right outside.
The town centre is down the hill, about a ten minute walk. The seafront and Torre Abbey Sands beach are about the same. You can walk to most of the shops, pubs and restaurants from here.
If you want to get out, the National Trust has a few spots nearby like Cockington Court. The coast path is accessible from town for walking. Brixham and Paignton are a short drive away. Dartmouth is about 40 minutes by car.
