This is the Devon Villa Garden Apartment. It's a ground floor flat in a Victorian villa. The main thing is the location. You're a ten minute walk downhill from Torquay seafront and the harbour.
It's a one bed flat, just for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well finished and comfortable. It's open plan, so the living room, kitchen and dining area are all one space. It's a good size. There's a kingsize bed and a bathroom with a bath.
What makes it is the garden. It's a decent sized, walled garden just for you. It's got a lawn, some seating, and a couple of those Torbay palm trees. It's completely private. You can bring one dog. They'll like the space.

For a longer walk, you can pick up the South West Coast Path. It runs right along the seafront. You can walk to Babbacombe or Meadfoot Beach from here without getting in the car.
Facilities are what you'd expect: WiFi, parking on the drive, a washing machine. The garden is enclosed.
