Courts View
Courts View is a top floor flat in one of the big Victorian houses in Newton Abbot. The main thing is the space. The rooms are really big with high ceilings. It's an open plan living area and you get a view over Forde Park from the windows.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well.
Newton Abbot is a town, so you've got shops, pubs, that sort of thing, right on the doorstep. Torquay is about ten minutes in the car. It's got the marina, the theatre, all the seafront stuff.
You're in a good spot for getting around. The coast is easy. Teignmouth and Shaldon are that way. For a proper beach day, you'd probably drive to one of the bays around Torquay or further along.
Dartmoor is very close. You can be up on the moor in 20 minutes, which is handy for walks. The Dartmoor National Park site has walking maps.
For other days out, there's Paignton Zoo, the model village at Babbacombe. A few National Trust places within half an hour, like Coleton Fishacre or Greenway.
The flat has parking, Wi-Fi, TV, and a shared garden. All bedding and towels are included. If you book in November or December, there's a winter hamper left for you.
