Oakleaves
Oakleaves is in Teigngrace, on our farm. It's one of four cottages here. It's two hundred and fifty acres, mostly for the cattle. The river Teign runs along the boundary.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable. The cottage is a converted farm building, so the rooms are a good size. The walls are thick. You get your own patio area.
We’ve got a heated outdoor swimming pool everyone can use, from May to September. There are two fishing lakes if you’re into that. Kids can play on the climbing frame. The chickens wander about, you might find eggs.
You can bring one dog. There's half an acre set aside just for walking dogs.
The village shop and the pub are about a mile away. Newton Abbot is close for supermarkets. The coast at Teignmouth is about fifteen minutes by car. Dawlish and Shaldon are similar. For a bigger beach, try Goodrington or Paignton.
Dartmoor is right there. You can be up on the moor in twenty minutes. For a walk, the Templar Way goes from Teignmouth up towards Haytor. The steam railway runs from Paignton to Kingswear, which people seem to like.

For facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, towels and bedding are included, and you can park right outside.
