Oakleaves
This is Oakleaves, one of the cottages on our farm in Teigngrace. The farm's about 250 acres. We're right by the River Teign. You get views over the fields from the cottage.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The building used to be part of the farm, so the rooms are a decent size. You have your own patio.
The cottage is next to Acorn Cottage, but you've got your own space. We live on site, so we're around if you need anything. Kids are welcome to come and see the farm animals with us. We've got chickens wandering about, so you might find eggs.
There's a heated outdoor swimming pool you can use, shared with the other cottages here. We've also got two fishing lakes on the farm, and a half-acre field set aside for dog walking.
You should know the farm has a small caravan park on it as well. The cottages are separate, but you'll see it. The local shop and pub are about a mile away in the village.
For days out, Dartmoor is close. You can drive up to Haytor or Widdecombe in about twenty minutes. The coast at Teignmouth or Dawlish is about fifteen minutes by car. They've got sandy beaches. Newton Abbot is the nearest town for supermarkets, about five minutes drive.
