Milk Churn
This is Milk Churn. It's one of three converted barns here on our dairy farm in Luton, near Teignmouth. It's quiet, you just get the lane and the fields.
It sleeps two people. There are two bedrooms, but they're both single rooms. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, done up nicely. The living space is open plan.
You're on a working farm, about 300 acres. There are public footpaths through it if you want a walk. You can see the cows. It's very peaceful.
The local pub is about 200 yards down the lane. They do food. The nearest shop is two miles away in the village.
Teignmouth beach is less than four miles for a day by the sea. Dawlish Warren is along the coast too, with a beach and a nature reserve. For a proper walk, Dartmoor is about a 30 minute drive. You can walk on the Tors, see the ponies.
Exeter and Plymouth are both within half an hour if you want a city day. Plymouth has the Hoe and the Barbican. Exeter has the cathedral and the quayside.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside and your own garden area with a table and chairs. The views from there are good, across the Devon countryside.
