Milk Churn is a converted barn on our dairy farm just outside Luton. It's one of three, semi-detached. You get your own garden bit with a table and chairs. The view is just fields and sky, which is nice.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-put-together. The living space is all open plan. The WiFi works fine.
You're on a 300-acre working farm. There are footpaths you can use straight from the door. You'll see the cows, and you can watch the milking if you want. It's quiet here.
The village pub is about a three minute walk. They do food. The nearest shop is a couple of miles away in the car.
Teignmouth beach is under four miles for a proper seaside day. Dartmoor is about a 20 minute drive. Good for walking, and the villages there are good for a cream tea. Dartmoor National Park has all the information.
Further afield, you can get to Exeter or Plymouth in half an hour. Plymouth has the Hoe and the Barbican. Exeter has the cathedral. If you're into Agatha Christie, Greenway is about an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a shared games room in another barn with a pool table. No pets, sorry.
