Flat F1
Flat F1 is on the first floor at Dawlish Warren. It's an apartment, so you're in a block, but it's quiet and the grounds are private. The beach is literally just down the road, maybe a two minute walk. It's a good, safe beach for families.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean, modern enough and everything works. The living room opens onto a balcony that gets the sun. You can sit out there with a drink.
The stairs up to the flat are fine. It's not a problem.
Everything you need is very close. There's a shop, a pub that does food, and a few cafes about 50 yards away. The railway station is a five minute walk. You can get trains to Exeter, Torquay, and down towards Cornwall from there.
The main thing here is the beach and the nature reserve. The Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve is right there. It's sand dunes, grasslands, mudflats. It's really good for birdwatching. You can walk for miles along the coast path.
Dawlish itself is the next town along. That's where you'll see the famous black swans on the brook. For a bigger day out, Exeter is about 20 minutes by train or car. Torquay and the English Riviera is about half an hour's drive.
In the apartment, there's a TV, parking right outside, and all the bedding is provided. There's no washing machine. No pets allowed, sorry.
