It's Flat F1 in Dawlish Warren. First floor apartment in a private block. The main reason you'd pick it is location. The beach is a two-minute walk. It’s a proper family beach with a lifeguard in season.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. 3 Star, so it’s clean and everything works, but don’t expect anything fancy. No pets allowed.
The living room has a door out to a small south-facing balcony. You can fit a table and chairs out there. It gets the sun.
You’re right in the middle of everything. The shop, a pub, and a couple of places to eat are basically next door. Dawlish Warren station is a five-minute walk. Trains go to Exeter one way and Cornwall the other.
The big thing here is the Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve. It’s the spit of land with dunes and grassland. Really good for birdwatching if you’re into that. The coastal path starts from there.
Dawlish town is along the coast, where you see the famous black swans on the brook. Teignmouth is about ten minutes in the car if you want a different beach and a pier. Exeter is maybe half an hour for shopping or the cathedral.
Facilities: parking is on site. TV, bedding included, washing machine. There’s a local golf course if that’s your thing.
