Jubilee Cottage
Jubilee Cottage is in Dawlish town centre. It's a terraced house, two up two down style. You get a small walled courtyard out the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are standard for a house like this.
The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine too. Bedding and towels are included. We have a cot, highchair, and a stairgate if you need them.
The place is right in the middle of things. The shops, the pubs, the train station, and the sea are all a few minutes' walk away. Dawlish Warren beach is about a mile and a half along the coast path, or a short drive.
If you're bringing a dog, the beach at Dawlish Warren has restrictions in the summer, but there's a dog-friendly area and the nature reserve is good for walks. You can check the maps on the Teignbridge Council website.
For a day out, Exeter is about 20 minutes by train or car. The Dartmouth Steam Railway is a 40-minute drive. Haldon Forest, which is good for walking and cycling, is about 15 minutes away.
